By accessing or using ECURTIY services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Service Description
ECURTIY provides human verification services including Proof of Work challenges, behavioral analysis, and related APIs. We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
3. Account Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate account information
- Keep your API keys secure and confidential
- Notify us immediately of unauthorized access
- Use the service only for lawful purposes
4. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use the service for illegal activities
- Attempt to bypass or reverse engineer our verification
- Resell or redistribute the service without permission
- Generate excessive requests to abuse the service
- Use the service to facilitate spam or fraud
5. Payment Terms
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase. Usage beyond plan limits may result in service suspension or additional charges.
6. Intellectual Property
ECURTIY retains all rights to our service, code, and branding. You retain rights to your content and data.
7. Limitation of Liability
ECURTIY is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the past 12 months.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate at any time. Upon termination, your access to the service will end. We may retain data as required by law.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes. Material changes will be communicated via email.
